Hey, I’m Ross Dickerson!
I was a skinny lad before I found the gym, and spent my first few years figuring things out and learning from others, who deeply inspired and motivated me.
In time I got the hang of things and began to put my own stamp on the process of developing my body, which eventually led to me having a physique that won me fitness and physique competitions, but more importantly it led to me feeling pride in myself, more confident, energized and ready to face any challenge.
At first my motivation for hitting the gym was solely based around getting fitter and stronger and the way it made me feel as an individual, which has been a massive help in my ongoing battle with mental illness.
As my social media following grew, people started approaching me for advice on training and nutrition. I soon realized the tremendous impact I could have on other people as a trainer, not just physically but mentally, and could change thousands of lives in the process. So I became a fitness coach and then developed a program, using an approach to training that is completely practical, one that anyone can follow and achieve life-changing results - while cutting out all the excess BS you usually see in other online programs.
Now, one of the most satisfying things in life for me is seeing the people I work with progress, in and outside of the gym, and completely transform their bodies and lives.
